Possum Party
Originally painted on 12''x18'' watercolor paper with black ink, watercolors, and white acrylic accents

Yes, I know it should technically be Opossum Oparty. I wanted something to show my love of the Virginian Opossum so I created this little birthday party.
Possums are North America’s only native marsupial. In honor of the hard-working mama possums who carry their young in their mouth, this mama is throwing her babies a party.
The cupcakes all have various foods that possums like to eat, and the scene takes place at night as a nod to their nocturnal nature. Possums are wonderful for your yard and are incredibly fascinating creatures. Say hello to the next one you see and then politely keep your distance.
This is a print made on watercolor paper, packaged with a backing and clear protective covering. These prints are designed to look like original watercolor paintings and are best displayed in a frame.
The sizing is approximate due to variations in home printing and painting scale, but sizes will not exceed the listed size. Please message me directly with sizing questions.
